Each square cast iron hot plate is highly responsive and generates a precise level of heat from low gentle simmers to fierce boils, ensuring your meals are created precisely to your own recipe or requirements. Holding up to six full gastronorm pans, this oven can be effectively used for large batches of cooking in environments such as restaurants or canteens whilst sauces, gravy and other ingredients can be heated and monitored simultaneously on the hob.
